We are still working on building a great experience for Mobile-Users, so some settings features are temporarily unavailable. If you don't have access to a computer and need help changing any of your account settings or uploading a new verification, send us an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Access your Account Settings:
- Click your profile picture in the top right
- Choose Settings from the list
Changing Account Details:
Go to Account on the sidebar. Here you can change your:
- Mobile Number
(keep this up to date so you don't miss important notifications)
- Profile Visibility
Don't forget to 'Save Changes'.
Profile Visibility: Public vs. Private
Public means new Members can find you when they are searching for support.
Private let's you hide your profile from Members you aren't already working with.
When you set your profile private, you'll still be able to message and support Members you have setup bookings with or messaged. Otherwise, it's hidden!
Setting a New Password:
- Choose password on the Settings side menu
- Type your current password
- Enter your new password and confirm it
- Click the Change Password button
Go to Verifications on the sidebar.
This is where you can update your:
- Government Photo ID
- National Police Certificate Check
- Working With Children Check
Click the icon on the right of each check to upload your new verification.
You don't need to upload your qualifications or first aid course certificates.
You can update and mark those yourself on the My Profile tab!
Change Payment Info:
Go to Payment Info on the sidebar.
Here you can update the BSB / Account Number we send payments to.
If you want to change your ABN... you'll have to contact the Kynd team.
Don't forget to 'Save Updates'.
