What the NDIS Commission Does

The Commission regulates the quality and safety of NDIS services by:

  • Registering and monitoring both registered and unregistered NDIS providers

  • Investigating complaints and serious incidents

  • Overseeing worker screening to check suitability

  • Making sure providers and workers follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards

  • Providing education and guidance to help providers and workers understand their responsibilities
