To ensure the protection of your information and the clients you support, you need to set up two-factor authentication (SMS Verification) on your Kynd account.
If you already have a Kynd account, follow these simple steps to set up and use SMS Verification.
Step 1: Add Your Phone Number
- Log into your Kynd account.
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Select "Enable SMS 2FA"
- Enter your mobile phone number.
- Click "Send Code."
Step 2: Verify Your Phone Number
- You'll receive a text message with a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter this code to confirm your phone number.
- Click "Verify Code" to complete the setup.
Step 3: Use SMS Verification for Login
- When logging into Kynd, enter your username and password as usual.
- You'll be prompted for a verification code.
- Check your phone for a text message containing the code.
- Enter the code in Kynd and log in.
We’ll only prompt you to enter a new verification code if you login to your Kynd account on a device we don’t recognise, or if you haven’t logged in within the last 30 days.
Helpful Tips
- Each code is valid for 10 minutes after being sent.
- Make sure your phone has good reception to receive text messages.
- Keep your phone number up to date in your account settings.
- If you're using private browsing or if your browser deletes its history when you close it, you'll need to type in a verification code each time you sign in.
