Vaccinations

From the 15th of December 2021, all Support Workers must have had 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

NEW SOUTH WALES

From the 18th of October 2021, restrictions have further eased in NSW. Different rules apply for those who have been fully vaccinated/exempt and those who are not fully vaccinated.

Vaccinations

From the 25th of October 2021, all Support Workers must have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and have had at least 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine by 29 November 2021. For more information please visit NSW Health

VICTORIA 

From the 13th of September, regional Victoria is no longer in lockdown, however face masks are still required indoors and outdoors when leaving home. Greater Melbourne remains in lockdown.

Support workers travelling between NSW and VIC border communities will need to have a travel permit. 

Vaccinations 

From the 15th of October 2021, disability Support Workers in Victoria must have had at least 1 dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine by the 26th of November 2021.

Disability Support Workers in South Australia must have had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine by the 30th of November 2021.

Face masks are still required in personal care services, healthcare services, on public transport including airports, and at events and gatherings where physical distancing is difficult.

Disability Support Workers in South Australia must have had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine by the 21st of November 2021.

Face masks are no longer mandatory, except when visiting and travelling airports.

Disability Support Workers in the Northern Territory must have had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine by the 24th of December 2021.

AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY

Face masks are still required in high risk facilities including hospitals and personal care/disability services, public transport and indoor spaces at a school, early childhood education and care settings.

Disability Support Workers in the ACT must have had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine by the 29th of November 2021.
