When a booking is created, there is the option to 'Allow Transport Claims.'

  • You will not see this option if the 'Primary Support' category is Core Daily Living. 

  • Before you add a new booking, please check with your client, they have the appropriate funding for Activity-Based Transport.

When the booking finishes, as part of the 'booking submission' process you'll be prompted to add the final kilometres. 

The 'Activity-Based-Transport' total will automatically be totalled based on your agreed per km rate, and added to your booking. 

There are no platform fees for Activity Based Transport expenses.
